Return And Refund Policy

At BLACKSHIP your satisfaction is our priority.
We take utmost care to deliver premium quality products, but in case you face any issue, please read our return & exchange policy carefully:
1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
• Please make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.
• This video is compulsory proof in case of any return or exchange request.
• Without a proper unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
2. Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or torn.
• The product is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
• The request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
• If the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• If the tag or packaging is missing.
• If unboxing video is not provided.
4. Process for Return/Exchange
• Contact us on our official WhatsApp / Email / Instagram within 5 days of delivery.
• Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.
• Once verified, we will process your return or exchange.
5. Refunds
• Refund will be issued only if a replacement is not available.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
       6. We refund the amount minus Rs.200/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per Order in your bank account or UPI-ID.
7. Note
• Please ensure the product is properly packed while returning.
• Our team reserves the right to approve or deny the return based on provided proof.
     8.Note :You can also send back package to our warehouse address by your own if reverse pickup service not available at some location by our courier partner.
