Return And Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day returns policy. If 5 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, the 5 day time frame comes into effect only after the product is delivered to your address.


In addition, your valuable feedback will go a long way in helping us improve our products and services. So, If you're unhappy, We encourage you to please return. After all, your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the item. To facilitate a seamless return process, please take a clear photo of the sealed return package with the courier person before handover. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at careblackship@gmail.com



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only. Exceptions may be considered. If a second return is accepted, charges will be deducted from the refund.

Return & Exchange Policy – Important Instructions

To initiate a return or exchange, it is compulsory to record a full unboxing video of the package at the time of opening. Please ensure the following:
• The entire video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product inside.
• The video must include full frame borders (not cropped or edited).
• Please also capture clear photos of the product, showing any damage or issues (if applicable).

Without this video and photo proof, we will not be able to proceed with the return or exchange process.

Exchanges


Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse. we adjust your amount if the price of the product is not the same. for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different item, they may be able to do so depending on our current inventory.

Sale items

We do not accept returns for products on sale or discounted items. Only exchanges are possible, and this is subject to certain cases.
